All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp (if provided).
Please note: Processing times may take slightly longer during peak seasons or product launches.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to the following countries in Europe:

Netherlands (NL): €7.61 — estimated delivery time 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Belgium (BE): €7.95 — estimated delivery time 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Germany (DE): €7.95 — estimated delivery time 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Spain (ES): €9.95 — estimated delivery time 3–6 business days after dispatch.
United Kingdom (UK): €12.95 — estimated delivery time 3–7 business days after dispatch.

3. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within Europe. If you are located outside these regions, please contact our support team before placing your order.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

4. Customs & Duties (UK Orders)

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

5. Tracking Your Order

All shipments are sent with a tracking number.
You can track your parcel using the link provided in your confirmation email.

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Thenorthafrican.store is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs clearance (UK),
