Ship the item back within 7 days after receiving return instructions.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to a mistake by Thenorthafrican.store (wrong product, damaged item, etc.).
4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
